Soooo... Havent posted pretty much anything the last year.
Much have happened!
I travelled around Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand for about 4 months with my darling Nikon and bought a cute small compact Sony on the way through.
Only just now have I finally starting to really go through the insane amount of pictures I have taken. Which tonights many uploads is a product of.

I still have so maaaaany more gorgeous North 'Nam Photos, but have chosen to devide it a bit so that there will be a series of uploads for each 'smaller' serie.
Tonights photos have mainly been from a market in faaaar away north Vietnam, not far from the chinese border in fact. You could buy everything from pigs, horses, dogs (all for eating) to a looooot af fabric, rice, and other foods.

I still remember this one little girl complaining to her mother... Our guide (a 17 year old minority girl, who looked like she was 11) explained that the cutie was whining because her mum wouldnt buy her a sugar cane... So I guess minority kids in nowhere is not that much different from 'western' when they are throwing a tantrum in the supermarket line wanting sweets

Amazing trip up there, middle of nowhere. It was a weekend market, but each family would not go every weekend, due to the fact that it took 2 intire days of travel -by foot mostly.
It was part of my fantastic trip to the far up north, did a 5 day advanced treek that was stunning! More pictures from the treek itself will folow.
